LET'S LOOK BACK AT AN OLDER POST where I talk about New Year's resolutions. One of my goals was to eat healthier. Well, here we are. Since I am barely awake in the morning, grumpy and I just want to get some food in my system I opt for a smoothie most of the time. This smoothie is healthy, vegan (for all you vegans out there!) and really easy to make. Also, not that expensive if you are living on your own. So let's get to it!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
The only work you have to do in this recipe is cut the banana, put everything together and press a button. Easy right?
So put everything in your blender and...
Top of with some hennep seed or cinnamon if ya like and enjoy!
